Integration Architect.
I design the 100-day plan. I chair your steering committee. I coach your integration manager. Your team runs the work — I am the architect, not the builder.
4–6 months · €15–18K/month · 1 day/week · fixed scope
What you get
A written 100-day integration plan with named owners, milestones, and decision points.
Weekly steering committee chaired by me — agenda, decisions logged, blockers escalated.
A synergy map with the two or three digital levers that actually pay back inside twelve months.
Coaching of your internal integration manager, so capability stays in-house after I leave.
Board-ready status readouts monthly.
Why I am not the integration lead
Integration lead is a full-time job. I am a full-time CEO at SOD.DEL. Those two roles do not coexist.
What works - and what buyers at this level actually want - is an architect who designs the integration, sets the operating rhythm, pressure-tests decisions, and coaches the internal team. The doing stays inside your company, where it belongs. That is why this engagement is capped at one day a week.
Frequently asked
You're a sitting CEO - will you actually have time for my project?
Yes. The Pressure-Test is designed for exactly my capacity: two weeks, three sessions, a written deliverable. I take only 2–3 LIDI clients at a time and protect that cap.
What if I need more after the memo?
Most engagements upgrade into Integration Architect or CEO's Deal Partner. The memo often becomes the blueprint for the next six months of work.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always. Mutual NDA before any data room access.
