What you get

Two flavours. Pick one at the intake call. 

Pre-deal flavour. I read the data room with you. Three working sessions. Written memo with the five issues your team is missing and how I would price or structure around them.

Post-deal flavour. You are 30–120 days past closing and the synergy plan is slipping. I scan the integration state, the organisational alignment, and the digital stack. Output: a 90-day plan with named owners and specific milestones.

In both cases you receive: a written memo (12–20 pages), a 90-minute readout with your executive team, and a 30-day follow-up call.

Process

Week 0 - Intake call. I confirm fit, scope, and which flavour. Proposal within 48 hours.

Week 1 - Data room / management conversations / digital and organisational scan.

Week 2 - Draft memo. Executive readout. Final written deliverable sent within two days.

Day 30 - Follow-up call, no charge.

Yes. The Pressure-Test is designed for exactly my capacity: two weeks, three sessions, a written deliverable. I take only 2–3 LIDI clients at a time and protect that cap.

What if I need more after the memo?

Most engagements upgrade into Integration Architect or CEO's Deal Partner. The memo often becomes the blueprint for the next six months of work.

Do you sign NDAs?

Always. Mutual NDA before any data room access.
