1. Consulting Services
Refunds for consulting services are generally not provided once a session has been completed or a deliverable has been delivered. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling under the following conditions:

You cancel a booked session at least 48 hours in advance.

We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to circumstances within our control.

A technical error or duplicate payment occurred.

2. Digital Products (e.g., PDFs, Templates)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Refunds will only be issued if:

The product was not delivered due to a technical error.

You were charged more than once for the same product.

The product is defective or significantly different from its description.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include proof of payment and a description of the issue.
